Hi, I’m Kaitlin!

I am a fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness coach on a mission to help you build muscle and understand nutrition to look and feel your best

I have BA’s in Health Promotion and Wellness & Fitness Management, MA in Performance Psychology, currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Health Psychology, and have many years of experience coaching women in nutrition, fitness, and mental wellness.

My passion in this field of work stems from my own personal struggle.

Throughout my life, I was obsessed with food, exercise, and body weight. I cycled through many extreme diets, rode the restrict-binge-purge rollercoaster, and compulsively exercised. My obsession with food and exercise devastated my mind and body and I eventually became extremely ill. Through a lot of personal work and education, I eventually regained control of my nutrition and exercise and finally began experiencing the results I was striving for. Muscle started forming, my mind and body started changing, and my outlook on life became much brighter.

For many of you, you have been on a hamster wheel of countless diets, various food restrictions, following the latest trends, and adding more cardio only to continue to struggle with getting results and long-term change. My goal is to help you finally understand nutrition so you can achieve your goals and live an empowered life.
