Strength training is the biggest health hack there is and the most powerful tool we have to change body composition. Some of you may be avoiding strength training because the gym feels overwhelming, you don’t know what to do, and don’t know how to use the equipment. And others of you aren’t maximizing the benefits and getting the results you want because you’re doing random workouts, constantly switching things up, doing the same amount of reps, lifting the same amount of weight, and not following a well thought out program.

Transform Strength Training you will have access to 15 muscle building programs, a training app with your workout, demo videos of all of the movements, ability to track sets, reps, and weight to ensure progressive overload each week, and unlimited messaging with me for coaching, questions, and accountability. 

TRAINING PROGRAMS

  • Transform Anabolic

    Anabolic is a muscle building program that includes 2-3 full body strength training sessions and 3 trigger sessions per week. It is 12 weeks long with 4 phases each 3 weeks long to ensure continual progress. Full gym and at-home versions are available. The at-home version can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench. 

  • Transform Performance

    Performance is a performance-based program that will build a symmetrical, powerful, and functional body. It focuses on raw strength, reactive strength, explosive strength and strength durability. It includes 3 workouts a week and has 4 phases with each phase being 3 weeks. Full gym and at-home versions are available. The at-home version can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.

  • Transform Aesthetic

    Aesthetic is a 10-week program designed to build strength, sharpen your physique, and sculpt your body. It has 3 phases (Phase I=3 weeks, Phase II=4 weeks, Phase III=3 weeks) and includes 3 foundational workouts and 3 focus sessions per week. Full gym and at-home versions are available. The at-home version can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.

  • Transform Split

    Split is a muscle building, body sculpting program that follows a body part split routine. Split has 3 phases, each 4 weeks long to ensure progression and avoid plateaus and includes 6 foundational workouts and 1 mobility session each week. Full gym and at-home versions are available. The at-home version can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.

  • Transform Booty Build

    Booty Build is a strength training program designed to improve the strength, size, and shape of your glutes. It includes 4 full-body strength training sessions a week and is 12 weeks long with 3 phases. 

  • Transform Starter

    Starter is a great program for beginners who have little to no experience with strength training. It is designed to build muscle, increase strength, improve overall health and improve stability and mobility. It is a 12-week long program with 3 phases each 4 weeks long and requires dumbbells and a physio ball. 

  • Transform Resistance

    Resistance is a great introduction to strength training and beginner program. It is designed to increase overall strength, build muscle, build your metabolism, shape your body, and improve hormonal health. Resistance is 9 weeks long with 3 phases each 3 weeks long. There are 3 options to choose from based on your needs—body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands, or full gym access.

  • Transform Symmetry

    Symmetry is designed to build a balanced, sculpted, and symmetrical body. It utilizes isometric and unilateral exercises to target each side of the body independently so weaker areas become stronger and lagging body parts develop faster to sculpt and build the body in a balanced way. Symmetry is 11 weeks long with 4 phases, (each 2-3 weeks long), and has 3 foundational and 2 mobility sessions per week. It requires a suspension trainer, barbell, and dumbbells.

  • Transform 15

    This program was designed to solve the consistency issue many people experience when it comes to exercise as many people find it difficult to carve out an hour a few times a week for their workouts—frequent at-home workouts are easier to maintain than longer gym-based workouts. Transform 15 takes 15 minutes a day, is extremely convenient, and uses minimal equipment. It is 9 weeks long with 3 phases (each 3 weeks long) and has 6 workouts (with a 7th optional workout) per week. It includes small, frequent doses of exercise that is easy to fit into your daily schedule, is effective for overall fitness, encourages a great long-term relationship with fitness, and will still deliver great results with strength, metabolism, fat loss, and sculpting. 

  • Transform Muscle Mommy

    Muscle Mommy is the solution for women who are ready to get lean and strong the RIGHT way! Muscle Mommy is a 12-week muscle-building, metabolism boosting program with 3 phases each 4 weeks long and include 3 foundational workouts and 3 trigger sessions per week. The trigger sessions focus on glutes, core, and pelvic floor. Goodbye to the ever-defeating pursuit of getting “skinny” and hello to a strong, firm, and sculpted body. 

  • Transform Powerlift

    Powerlift is designed to help you maximize your strength in the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. Along with gaining whole body strength and a faster metabolism, Powerlift helps you shift your focus from how you look to how well you perform. It is an 11-week program with 3 phases (Phase I=3 weeks, Phase II=6 weeks, Phase III=2 weeks) and you will need access to a squat rack, adjustable bench, barbell, and dumbbells.

  • Transform TRX

    TRX is a full-body, muscle and strength building program that only requires TRX bands. It is 8 weeks long with 2 phases each 4 weeks long and includes 3 workouts per week. It is effective for building a balanced and functional body and improving movement and mobility. 

  • Transform Bands

    Bands is a great muscle and fitness building program using bands only. Band training is unique and different from conventional strength training as it does not create as much muscle damage which allows for more frequency and intensity. It is 8 weeks long with 2 phases each 4 weeks long and includes 4 workouts per week.

  • Transform 40+

    Reaching the age of 40 and beyond does not mean you have to settle for a less healthy version of yourself. Transform 40+ is a 12-week program and the solution to combatting the challenges that come with aging. Goodbye slower metabolism, stubborn body fat, and struggle to build muscle, hello increased libido, increased strength, increased metabolism, and feeling like you’re in your 20s again. 

  • Transform KB

    This program is designed to use kettlebells to build strength, improve performance, and shape your body. Kettlebells are unique as they allow you to train within different ranges of motion and with different points of leverage making them a perfect addition and supplement to a more traditional strength program. KB is 4 weeks long and includes 3 foundational and 2 skills workouts per week.
