Macros stand for macronutrients—protein, carbs, and fat. Tracking macros means you aim to hit a certain amount of macronutrients each day which determines how you feel, how you function, and your ability to build muscle and decrease body fat. Tracking macros is sustainable and it works because YOU get to decide when and what you eat as long as you stay within your daily targets—no food is off limits and no food is “good or bad”

No! Tracking is a great way to learn about food and portion sizes but it is not meant to be done forever. Just like any other new skill you learn, it feels unnatural at first and requires time, repetition, and practice until It feels like second nature. However, the end goal Is to be able to make smart choices without tracking and without your coach.
